1. Sublimation
Sublimation works by turning ink into gas and permanently bonding it into the fibers of the fabric. This means the design becomes part of the material itself — it won’t crack, peel, or fade, even after years of washing.

Best for: full-color jerseys, all-over patterns, uniforms with gradients or complex team graphics
Fabric: works best on polyester and polyester-blend fabrics
Durability: excellent — design never sits on top of the fabric

2. Screen Printing
Screen printing pushes ink through a stencil (screen) directly onto the fabric surface, one color layer at a time. It’s a tried-and-tested method for bold, solid-color designs.

Best for: simple logos, text-heavy designs, large bulk orders with a small number of colors
Fabric: works on cotton, polyester, and blends
Durability: very good, though the print sits on top of the fabric rather than inside it

3. DTF (Direct-to-Film)
DTF prints your design onto a special film, then heat-presses it onto the garment. It’s a newer method that’s gained popularity for its flexibility.

Best for: detailed, full-color designs on any fabric type, including cotton and blends
Fabric: works on almost any fabric, unlike sublimation
Durability: good, with a slightly raised texture you can feel on the print

4. Embroidery
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric using thread, giving it a raised, textured, premium finish.

Best for: logos, crests, names, and numbers on jackets, polos, and caps
Fabric: works well on thicker fabrics like wool, fleece, and canvas
Durability: extremely long-lasting — thread doesn’t fade or crack like ink
